1. Salt water thawing method. Everyone knows that if it snows in winter or the road surface freezes, people will sprinkle some industrial salt on the ground to quickly thaw, because salt can make the ice melt quickly. So, we can use the same method when thawing fish! Take a larger basin, add a handful of salt, add an appropriate amount of water, stir until the salt melts, and make a light salted water. Then, remove the fish that needs to be thawed from the refrigerator and put it into the basin. In this way, it only takes about ten minutes to quickly thaw the fish, and when eating, the fish is especially fresh!

2. White vinegar thawing method. Take a large basin, add half a basin of water, add 20 milliliters of white vinegar, stir well, and add the fish that needs to be thawed. It will take about 30 minutes for the fish to completely thaw. If you are in a hurry, you can change the water in the middle and add some white vinegar again. This way, the fish can be completely thawed in less than 20 minutes.
